Lesson learnt: either make a robust game or geo-fence dictatorships.

Your issue is with your disk drive. If your have an HDD or a very slow SDD (or a dying one) I can see how the updates take a while.

also FYI. The update size to any game is not related to your install time, It depends on how steam finds that data and how the update changes it. if something is collected under a bin or file, if that file is 5GB big, but the update is only 20MB, youll be re-writting that 5GB file. which is why it takes some people longer to update than others.

Yeah official is only full for the first 2 days a map drops now.

and the worst part is that most of them are at a low level and it's a shame for those who are playing legitimately apparently we lost rank to lower levels = /

I got into these games for the story, not to play torture dungeon simulator. MD used to be my fave part of the game, but I'm seeing the direction things are going and I do NOT like it.

You can just bring her on UT3 and end the run on floor 6. I mean, MDH is not that "hard". It only gets overwhelming from floor 8 or so.

Why even do it on Floor 6? The achievements don't mention any specific floor you need to clear the pack on. Plus, I've confirmed it with the Unconfronting achievement: you only need the required units to beat the requisite pack boss, NOTHING else. They can be benched the entire rest of the run, because my Nclair only fought in the Kromer fight and it counted. So you could always use them early on to boost their SP, then bench them for the rest of the run until the fight they're needed for, then go back to your actual team.
