Pathetic yeah... EA server Queue hahaha, after so much noise arround the early Beta and Beta 200K + Queue ok. It's not even a huge number in fact, so i can't imagine the number of servers....

Now I'm not a "git good" type by any means but it sound like this may be a skill issue. I mean, if you are looking for a "massive difference damage and damage mitigation wise" it sounds like you don't really want to engage with the game's systems and would prefer that it play itself for you. You might get more enjoyment from watching a "let's play" on youtube where the streamer is skilled enough to progress in the game than actually playing the game yourself.

Now, if you do want to keep trying, definitely don't put all your points in a single skill tree. I am playing longsword and dipping into the other trees for the +5 stat nodes makes it easy mode. In particular, for where you are in the game now, you can get some +5 right at the start of the axe tree for very little invested. Having a decent stamina bar helps a lot against her.

I never used parry on her. The whip longsword is good because it has the range for some of its attacks to hit her while she is trying to dodge. I just stayed on her and kept the pressure high the whole time. You can control when you stagger her by being more or less aggressive. So since you have phase 1 on lock, get her health down some without actually staggering, then stagger right as she's about to change phases. Then boom, you stagger her, and by the time she can attack again she has <25% HP left, so you almost get to skip the second phase.
