So yeah, I encountered this issue when I was in the previous scenario. The Way of Winter population on the SEA server (I forgot the serial number) was quite low. Even the Harvester's Market was very quiet, in stark contrast to Manibus.

i think why the Dream Servers have the Winter part and Manibus in one scenario at least you play from the beginning with both maps open and you can go from winter to the older map in the soath

Here's an 'actual' reality check.

Black Myth Wukong only cost 42 million dollars. Stellar Blade cost between 20 and 30 million.

Yet Suicide Squad cost 250 million, while Concord cost between 250 and 500 million (depending on whose numbers you believe. Star Wars Outlaws also cost somewhere in that ballpark.

It's only Western devs who treat game development as an endless money pit - while producing garbage.

It happens some times. The Dark Eldar excel at it. Ive seen Dark Eldar build themselves into blocking units from being able to move. Chalk it up to AI getting attacked by gremlins
