The Necklace item is in the Northern Ice Palace. The one where you meet Petra again in the throne room part. The necklace is found In a room with a single ice block puzzle blocking it behind spikes. Haven't played this in a long while so I don't know exactly. Only going on the one screenshot I have.

You can mod multiplayer in, no point in making the devs add it in themselves at this point, especially since the game itself is designed to be singleplayer anyway.

well baning the player permenantly isnt easy, it will ruin the game, but banning all his rank progress might teach him a lesson, banning an IP is beter i guess, using new email and all is beter then account banning
