I've recently done the jump into Linux (Ubuntu Studio 25.04) and I try to apply this "fix" you suggested.

It's still a big problem for me. Every 5 minutes, the game freezes for 2-5 seconds, and stutters or drops frames upon returning, sometimes causing me to paint something I didn't want to or place something in the wrong location. It's really only a noticeable issue in large custom jobs, which may be why it hasn't been fixed - it doesn't happen when playing main game maps. It's REALLY annoying in big custom maps, though, and I can't understand why they don't just put in an autosave on/off toggle, unless they're worried about a flood of complaints from dumb players who turned autosave off and are whining that "I lost my progress! The game is broken!". Which is a valid concern, but still.

I personally dont like Eldars because they're literally Elves in Space
And Elves dont have any honor, nor any respect and most importantly, they dont have any beer!

I don't think that's true. Everyone has their favourite factions, of course Space Marines and Imperial Guard tend to be the most popular likely because they're humans. As a lore fan of 30 years myself, SM/IG are my favourites too. I love the lore of the Imperium the most. BUT, I still love the lore of ALL the other races and factions, it's a rich tapestry. That being said I don't like the direction lore has gone since the Ultima founding and fear 40K will go the way of Star Wars, Star Trek, LOTR, Marvel, etc.
