same , it starts the anti cheat , then the game but its just a white window that lasts 5secs before closing and going back to EA app / Steam

This is a known Steam overlay glitch. Try this:
Steam / Library / right click TF2 / Properties / General / Launch Options / Advanced text box /
then add this: -dxlevel 81
(if no go, try this instead: -vulkan)

yes! i will crash ever 5 min but if i make it past a limit it wont crash at all. it seems do it the most when i am looking under the hood of a car
