Again, the wrong conversation. Already a few times I stood at exactly the spot you shown but "There she is" was not popped up and instead "me" started talking about Tammy.
However, surprise surprise, this time I just ignored the conversation where I seem to be caught and started following her, and while I was at it the speech bubble with Barbara's name on it kept popping up over MY head. (odd)
Finally back at the starting point, I walked up to her as you advised and again, a whole wrong set of conversation started, even with Tammy's speech bubble on MY head.
At the end I was even quoting some news headlines then suddenly the quest was progressed. (go back to Tammy)

Long story short, the whole script in this quest seems to be screwed up for good.
I'm currently playing with Korean language setting so maybe it seems to be the problem with the language pack?
To devs, if you are reading this, please recheck the Korean scripts in the Corporate Espionage questline. It seriously needs some correction.
To Aalnius, though your advice did not directly solved the problem, I got the hint that maybe you're not experiencing this problem with your English language setting so I could try just ignoring the situation and following up with the intended progress. Thanks for that.

I see that most item sets have a Flow Cost.
Example cost 25% Flow and that reduces your Flow.

Sometimes when combining items they get an extra stat (*), that is +5% Flow.

However instead of adding +5% to your Flow, they reduce it, so if I have 15% and I add the item with the +5% it reduces it to 10%.

Is that intended or it should actually add +5% instead of reducing -5%?

I think they should make hard and especially nightmare much harder for people looking for that type of thing. Casual and classic are in a decent spot. I wouldn't be mad if there were a few more zombies

The new perk system is good. People like me that have hoarded hundreds of thousands of supply points need to remember this game isn't just for us, it's for new players too. If you feel like the perk system is a problem you could always click the K button and just not use it

Melee feels a tad better, I like the new ragdoll

This update was a quiet but big step forward

Yeah, subscription is matter of judge is it worth for anyone or not. For me it is worth becouse of how user friendly it is and attractive too.
A free alternative or one time paid for could be NeoFly4 it is excellent tool too. I simply choose OnAir becouse it is far more easier too use and more interesting.
Im not a fan of subscription too but i spend little part of my smoking habit money on it so it's good enough ;), also this app is constantly updated and maintained so its nice.

My intention is not making an advertise just share with the rest of Community a nice finding.
