There was a bug in which I had access to Torii without having bought the supporter's pack. I've build my base inside, not knowing what it was, and now it's gone

nope, I just entered the room after getting the tier 1 hacker and the portal was just there
Then my assumption is that the devs silently changed the condition for the homeworld to be available to all players EA or not since there is a secret with that homeworld that was hinted at by the devs and it would be rather mean of them to publicly hint at something only EA members had access to.
You're getting a little side-tracked. They bought the game at launch. They do not own the Supporter Pack 1 DLC, because they did not buy it and were not an early access player. For whatever reason, the game tripped a flag and let them use the Torii home world for a long time until they came back to the game after some technical trouble with their PC and the access was corrected (either via hotfix or just because whatever bug occurred was lost when the files were wiped clean off the hard drive and the game was reinstalled).

You can still buy the Supporter Pack 1 DLC. It is not exclusive to early access players, we just got it for free as a thank you. Our exclusive content is the torn-up scientist outfit and broken glasses.

The message you referred to about a secret is on the Supporter Pack 1 DLC page, so anyone who buys it will know to search for said secret (or look up how to find it online or whatever). The secret is not exclusive to early access, either, it's just a bonus of the DLC, which again you can buy if you did not get it from being an early access adopter.

I think you are being a bit hyperbolic, preventing ambulances with critically injured people,
Well, the feeling is the same. Someone is making a problem for others because of a "great and noble cause".

Aisling, banning beer and wine was an overshoot by fdev. Prevouisly, she never banned beer or wine before. Why now? In a fake universe where real people can role play, is it so unreasonable that players would revolt against that change using a legitimate in game system?
I'm leaning towards unreasonable, because powerplay NPC is supposed to represent a person that actually exist in the world. Imagine that Aisling is real. Can she change her mind on tobacco/beer? ABSOLUTELY. Now what do you think is gonna happen if people - in the universe - DEMAND that she changes her opinion back. it isn't democracy over there.

The correct solution is to change Hera Tani mission requirements so people can no longer lock others out of engineers because of a "noble goal". That's because Hera Tani is a critically important resource and more of a mechanical system than an "actor". As such a way to satisfy her request must always exist regardless of powerplay state.

So in your issue tracker people demand a wrong change. They want Aisling to behave according their wishes. And in order to get their way they block the game for other people. That, frankly, stinks, and I'm not sure how the heck people are seeing "community spirit" there. Here's an alternative proposal.
