I reached max rank in the Beta on Playsation and logged about 20 hrs of play time.
I have played every battlefield game and CoD, i have come to remember that EA and Dice are companies that are looking to make money. Battlefield 6 is not trying to be the perfect battlefield game, the game to satisfy the nostalgia of bf3, bf4, bf1, and Bad Company 2. They want to make as much money as possible by being a new alternative to the COD scene.

The Class system and open weapon format of the game are concerning because they take all incentive from playing specific roles within the classes.

The TTK, respawn timer skip and map design are catered for high pace, high dopamine engagements to keep players hooked for the entirety of a match. While this is exciting, it takes away the ability to strategize and come up with cohesive plans for flanking or trying to turn the tide of a match(As soon as you take a point the enemy team can get there instantly because of small map size). With so many players being able to revive each other with the squad mechanic from bf5, combined with player density everything feels like a diamond shooting grindfest.

Objective placement on the conquest maps dont make sense, iberian peninsula, and liberation peak are very one sided with objective placement. Every game I've played one team wins by hundreds in score.


Helicopter controls have been ruined unfortunately. If you have any muscle memory on how to fly from the previous games, throw that out the window because the new controls cant be changed. Jets fly like you're flying through water.

All land vehichles are powerful and you can get alot of kills with them, I love the changes that make the .50 cals feel like .50 cals. Although it is satisfying, the main way people are using vehicles is to post up in one spot and farm infantry kills. not pushing objectives or hunting vehicles, just farming kills to be at the top of the leaderboard even though their team is losing.

This isn't going to be the last battlefield game, every edition will subtract/add features to keep veteran players hopeful. Veteran players are not the intended audience for this game and the beta shows. My opinion is that this game is trying to be an easy transition for people who have never played battlefield to buy the game and start following the franchise. Realistically in a business sense, it wouldn't make sense to make a perfect game that would prevent any future successors from being made or sold. This game to me might as well be named BattleDuty or Call of Field 6. I wont buy until a few months in

Just reinstalling through Steam won’t fix it. You’ll need to delete the game’s config files, which are usually located under Users -> UserName -> App Data -> Local -> ToonKingdom -> Config (delete that folder)

If you can’t find the AppData folder, it’s probably hidden. To show it, right-click your user folder, select Properties, and uncheck Hidden. [url]

A corrupted config is likely stopping it from connecting to Steam, but if you already deleted those files, let us know.[imgur.com]

Damn thats wild! Cheers all for the replies, like i said i know how to get therebagain eventually. But id like to have a option. I don't like the system. Electronic-wise for example, you just connect everything together and you have power, no groups or switches needed. Building is a breeze, but if we get to water we have to precisely calculate everything, and in my case, not connect 6 water extractors with two pipes to 16 coal generators like i did. I have a 4 month old kid now, dont have the time to delve into youtube endlessly again and split everything off making it "not neat" in my eyes.

I might just underclock the mine and go for 7 generators and be done with it 😜 easy way out

You think this is bad? You've seen nothing yet - Oil will make you scream when your dealing with byproducts.

You need to master this or you'll regret it. Fluids get very complex past this point.

Coal Gen's are "Fluid Mechs 101" - gotta get basics down.

It becomes trivial once you've got it sorted.

hi thanks for answering so fast, but im doing everything in the tutorial but when i use the map editor and have already exported the basic scenario map in json, what else do i have to do because i found the files but when i try to use the import function in the map editor it doesnt work. please help i already tried a lot of things and nothing works.
