I have been banned on MW3 for no reason
I was Banned when my computer was at the reparation So i couldnt play and noone entered my account So i want GOOD EXPLANATION FROM STEAM !!!!
I have bought it got Fu***ing 50 EURO!!!!!! And Now im banned !!!! WTFFFFFF
Want proof my PC was at the Reparation? MSG me and you will get the paper on photo (sorry its in dutch)

If your computer was at the repair station and you had your log-in set to remeber your name and password, some there may have accessed your account.

Your account is your responsability. Even if the above is true, you are still at fault for not properly securing the account before hand.

Either way, the ban is still justified and will stand.

Steam won't tell you why or how. It would reveal too much to the hackers who make the cheats.

VAC only detects known cheats. That is why when someone states they did not hack, people don't trust them.

If it was an active anti-cheat people would consider the possibility, but this is not the case.

VAC only bans when it knows someone is cheating.

If it wasn't you, then it was someone using your account with or without your premission.

If that is the case, then what I said earlyer holds true:

You are banned because VAC detected a known cheat or non-allowed game modification while you were connected to a VAC-Enabled server (ANY server, in the case of MW2/3)

And as the Support article states, ANY modification to the MW2-3 Game files (console enablers, VAC disablers, and server hosting mods) can be VAC-Bannable.

As Stated, Steam won't disclose info about what caused your VAC Ban.
