Take a sightseeing throught the WEB ... and then tell ME there are no or LESS HACKER /
CHEATER in BO 2 again.
It's the most hacked game after MW3 ... BTW ...

I have enought evidence in my VID VAULT .. and I reported them .. What happen .. NOTHING!

If they were not banned, then they probebly were not hacking or you didn't report them properly.
Nothing will be done if you report them to VAC since VAC doesn't band on user reports. If you reportd through the in-game meathod, then Activision will investigate it and decide accordingly.
Don't like it, simple solution. Don't play it.
And like Satoru, I have had little to no hackers in my games (BO2). I only did in MW3 a month after BO2 was released since most people moved to BO2. Fewer lagit players = more likely to run into a hacker.
Your "facts" are based on opinion with no proof. Those are not "hard" facts.
BO2 included TWO anti-cheat engines (VAC & Activision's one) And the system seemingly has the same flaws that it had on MW2/3...

Hacker's & Co. already in BO 2! Thats the FACT! No one can't say " it's not!".

I want improovement of the existing ANTI CHEAT tools and i want that HACKER's&Co. banned
for all EGO-MMO ... not only for the one they did corrupt!

Hacks and cheats are for ppl. who had an compromised ego by themselfs!
I'm not the best player, but i'm also not the worsest player! My Skills like upper-midfield-section!

I did NOT say "I see no or less hackers".
I haven't seen anything as blatant as the OP has seen with people getting murdered in the spawn areas. I've seen people with high K/D ratios, but again in BO2 that's pretty normal given the way the game works. Especially if you get the stealth helicopter on certain maps its like fish in a barrel no matter where you spawn.
I'VE been called a hacker despite the fact that I'm absolutely terrible at the game.
Note I am not saying there are no cheaters in the game. Just that I haven't seen that many of them. That may be due to my infrequent play schedule, or the gametypes I select or whatever. I've also seen 'videos' of cheaters and it's just people who are good at the game they're not even cheating.
If you don't want to discuss get your own blog and whine all you want there instead.
As Satoru said, yes there are hackers. Just not as many as you seem to think there is. It isn't wall to wall hackers there, just wall to wall noobs (me included). The diffrence is I don't go complaining and accusing everyone of hacking just because I'm not a good player and a less then 1 k/d almost every game.
A little advice, my friend, learn to play and get better (I know I am). Then the world will seem like it has less hackers in it,
Problem there is that society started using the term "hackers" a few years go as a generic term for people using 3rd party programs to cheat in MP games. Many people know the diffrence, but we have had to adapt to the term since the defenition has changed. I'ts not about knowing the diffrence, it is about how the rest of the world defines the term.

The second video... uh... I don't see anything special. He's not wallhacking because he can SEE PLAYERS ON THE RADAR so don't claim that. He doesnt shoot until he sees someone which isn't how wallhackers operate because they tend to just shoot anything. and it's just lag going on with the kills so again nothing special there.
And these are your 'cheater' videos?
Yeah maybe you just suck? Seriously this is your 'proof'?? The fact that you'd even propose these videos as proof of cheaters isn't compelling at all....
