Why would they have the config file support commands that can get you banned? Makes no sense.
The 1 in vid was patched right after it was "discovered".
Or just better hardware or internet connect. May as well just play local multiplayer on a console.
You can always learn to properly change the config file. You do so every time you change the games settings as it is.
I have a good computer and internet :) You can check out my steam profile.
But even good equipment will not help you as someone turns,The sounds in the game and players will leave sounds. Is it fair?
I have no idea what you are trying saying here.
Players can only effect sounds on their system. If they wear good quality headset and turn up the volume, they can hear you better. They can not turn off the sounds that you hear.
Evidently I know more then you. And I can write in a way that people can understand what I am saying.
That isn't a regular config file being edited. It is a specific file that is (like DeeWunk<-----<< said) locked and/or encrypted.
It is also a file that VAC checks. Those people will be banned at some point.
The config file that people normanly can change, contains graphics settings (a select range, not all) as well as network settings and player controlls.
