Unban my account >VAC wrong ban by mistake with proof

Firts , i have already sent 3 message to Steam support and they dont reply

Second , I have read and know VAC is an auto-ban system that detect file or programe run and affect to game exe that is cheat or hack software

Finally i want to say i have run TF2 on lowest setting and dont know why im got banned ?
Surelly this is a mistake , im not using any dll. file or cheat program , hack soft ware when play on VAC server , and my account is premium with near over 935 hours play TF2 , im not those hacker play on F2P account >. get ban >> and creat another one

Also i bought and play CSGO and L4D2 , if im a hacker then surely VAC will ban me on those game too

Dear Valve and Steam employee , thank for listen and hopefully someone can solve my problem >> wrong VAC ban on good guy and cant handle those real hacker play F2P >. get ban and creat another account to cheat again

Googled your name and Steam ID, and it turns out, many people have complained, saying you have been using wallhack, invisibility hack and aimbot.

Either way, all VAC bans are permanent.

Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans under any circumstances.

VAC detected a hack was used on the account. If that was you or not, it can't tell. If you were hacked or not doesn't matter. Account security is your responsibility.

If you wish to contest the ban, contact Support. No one in the forums can help you with this.

VAC doesn't ban on reports. It bans on detection of a cheat.

does Steam support not working and make me have to wait until im 80 years old ?
have you guys encounter these problem before ?

i know VAC detect cheat program that is run with game .exe , but that is a mistake im never use cheat

if im a hacker sure that VAC will ban l4d and CSGO on my game library too
in my case , its ban my TF2 account suddenly ?.?
