you know cheats get updates, too? Its not like the same wallhack is around for 10 years undetected
Most wallhacks don't actually give you that much. What you think is a wallhack is probably just a good player predicting (or even lucking out) your moves. I know that I often can tell where the enemy is coming from just by silence on the maps and things like that.

And the primary defence against a wallhack is to NOT provide to the client any information about players they cannot see. This, all FPS engines already do. You can't "see through walls" and spot someone who the server doesn't tell you where they are. And most game engines will NOT transmit any data about enemies precisely to stop such wallhacking.

Now, there's a couple of tricks but you'll see that actually a wallhack isn't that useful compared to just being good at the game. There's certainly no "magic button" that will turn a wallhacking player into an invincible monster (other hacks, maybe, but not wallhacks). Most FPS games send data on a player to you only when you can see them, when you can hear them (i.e. footsteps) or when they are JUST ABOUT to appear around a corner.

1) Seeing them. You can see them, on your screen, from your current viewpoint. Therefore, a wallhack is pointless and does nothing.

2) Hearing them. With 3D positional audio, you can hear them and tell where they are. A wallhack can often sneakily use this information to DRAW THEM on the screen where the sound is, through the wall. Still, you can already hear them (or could, if you had 3D sound turned on anyway), and there are measures to defeat simple wallhacks (i.e. you can play with the sound position a little to obscure where it's coming from and still sound the same to a player, so it messes with a wallhack but not with a good player). Apart from that, there's nothing you can do. The server HAS to tell the client when they can hear someone walking, and roughly where they are, and a lot of good players relying on the sound being accurate (do you play with the volume up so you can hear tiny footsteps among a firefight? I know I do).

3) Just about to appear. When a model "pops" into a 3D scene, it can bring a little lag. The solution is to preload it so that the computer has it ready to draw. Much of this preloading takes place before the game starts in all modern FPS (your "loading screen"), so it's not an issue. However, just before the model would appear on your screen, the server has to send you enough information, just in case your computer is slow and needs to "prepare" for showing it. So models close to an edge that would let you see them if they were to move forward a little, you may be able to see through and get a "wallhack" to notice them. We're talking literally fractions of a second, and a handful of pixels, before they walk around. This is something you can't avoid (without introducing lag and upping system requirements) and provide little advantage unless your opponents tend to sit a few pixels back from there they would appear to be seen anyway.

Anything else that you get in a wallhack is a major issue in the design of the game engine. For a start, they are transmitting information that you have no need to use (you can't draw things that you can't see, in a normal, non-hacked game), that slows your connection down and increases your ping by doing so (because every frame, you have to transmit more unnecessary data), for no good reason.

I would actually think that what you see aren't wallhacks, that the wallhacks out there for large, popular games (especially those under Valve control) are very limited in the scope just by the servers not sending the information they need to work, and that the people who use them would actually play better if they tried to anyway (i.e. nice set of headphones, listening out for opponents, predicting moves, etc.).

I ran CS 1.6 servers for many, many years. The hacks we had were speed hacks (i.e. people moving faster than they were allowed to in the game, and the anti-cheat detected and blocked it as soon as it happened) and ordinary ghosting (one player telling another where the enemy was). In terms of wallhacks, even those that claimed to use them (and thus were subsequently banned when they had forgotten that they'd mentioned it) had no advantage over even an amateur group of players.

So, I don't believe what you see are wallhacks. And if they are, they are so limited in scope than you can defeat them just by playing normally. And if they are affecting your gameplay, you really should find out what they are and report them to VAC (not that they'll care, or that they won't already know about them). But, honestly, the chances are that those people you think are wallhacking (or even tell you they are) actually aren't, or are seeing no unfair advantage by doing so.

And if it really worries you? Record a demo, report the player, play on other servers. I used to get cheat accusations every now and then on 1.6, against myself and players on my servers. Literally, apart from where it was some blindingly obvious hack (like speedhacking, etc.) I never saw anyone who I thought was a cheater - even watching in first-person view for hours at a time, sometimes. And every time I was "accused" myself by people on my servers, I laughed quietly. Most of the time the thing that made them accused me was just blind luck (e.g. firing a gun through a corner because someone was hiding there last round), or just observation (e.g. seeing someone run into a building but not come out the other end, so spraying the place with bullets works to flush them out and kill them, or listening for someone walking on the other side of the wall and then jumping round and shooting).
i need 15 minutes to read what you write..so my question is is this possible vac cant catch super simple wall hack i read in internet abaut this hack got updated every year is that possible ?

VAC will eventualy catch any hack. It detects known cheats.

VAC is also a delayed ban. It can take a week to a few months before someone is banned.
