Can I please appeal my vac ban? It’s been almost 6 years. I was 12 years old. Can I please get a second chance? I don’t even play CS anymore.

No. VAC bans cannot be appealed. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support does not manually remove VAC bans applied to accounts for any reason.

But you don't seem to have really developed during this time.

For one thing, it's not almost 6 years, but just over 4.5 years, so the math is a problem for you.

On the other hand, you are also a problem in terms of character. Even though you were already told back then whether the vac ban could be removed, you tried again with such a request and you already lied back then:

However the account was caught playing on a secure server with known cheats on the system, so now the account is permanently banned.

Vac bans are issued with a delay, you don't have to be at home or online for them.

Vac bans can be delayed by hours, days, weeks, even months.

No, and VAC bans are delayed. So the account could have cheated up to 2 months prior to the ban and got caught then.
