Vacbanned > Can i Buy / Sell?

Hello, it's kinda stupid title, but nvm. I want to know if i can "Buy" a item from CSGO if i am VACBanned, i know that i can't sell items. But, can i buy? I mean, i want to transfer my money from my vacbanned account to my unvacbanned account, i have 100€ i really need on my other account. Someone HELP!! :D thx ^^

When you Cheat or Use any kind of mod / affect the engine from inside of the game or outside. Then you'll get vac banned. But why post that here? i'm not even sure if it so, but you are basicly not anwsering my question... -.-

I am sure you could buy or sell items
I think VAC ban prevents your from playing certain servers that are vac protected
You could trade as long as your not trade ban

But i can't press the accept button when i try to trade "example: my other unvacbanned account, for free items just to test right, and i can't press it. It says you are not allowed to trade "that and that" item.. Is that called "trade ban" if so, can i still buy items, instead of selling?

When you are VAC banned, you can not buy from that games market, trade items from that game or sell items from that game on the market. That is part of being VAC banned in CS:GO, TF2 and DOTA 2.

So, it has nothing to do with my new payment method i used? cuz i put 100€ in before i got vacbanned and i t said i should wait 5 days before i can buy cuz i used a defferent payment method, then i got vac banned for moddin... Is it still cuz of VAC ??

So, isn't there any way to get my money out of steam? Cuz, if there is no way, isn't that kind of force me to use the money ? > which is stealing money? i mean VAC Ban yes, but wth is that with trading to do? explain plz

Its not forcing you to use the money
You just can't access the CSGO store or the market
You could access the Steam Store though

Oh, yea. I can still use the money to games and stuff.. But what if i want the money back to my paypal or to another account, i allready waited for a respond "Steam support ticket" and they never anwsered me. I waited like abou 1 and a half week.
