MSI GT70 2QD Dominator.
so far im not getting kicked, but who knows, it might happen again.
I talked to the Steam Support more than once and still didn't get any answer.
i hate to say it, cause i do love Steam but their support ticket lacks and it takes forever for a response.
you mean the program itself? i don't use the killer utility program? i doubt its that. maybe try adding steam to ur antivirus as an excluded file.
try using these commands in your command prompt, run it as admin:
bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks
bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions
bcdedit /debug off
bcdedit /deletevalue nx
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn
try these ones as well:
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip reset reset.log
also check here to see what type of errors you are getting here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs
look at the bootstrap log
you can also try this:
logging into steam from another local admin account on windows 10 and NOT msa user account
you can also try this:
Windows Firewall Control is a good program to Control your windows firewall
BiniSoft.org
you can also try this:
Run Steam as Administrator and run it in Compatiblity mode and switch it to Windows 7, or Windows 8.
hopefully one of these suggestions help you, if the Killer Network thing doesn't work.
Rinse and repeat.
those drivers are notorious for doing 'weird' things. Try it over wifi

I think the Killer NIC drivers are really shoddy. Honestly, most of the software from MSI for these z87 boards is horrible. Hopefully updates will be coming soon."

I also found this: "Just to feed back I followed the advice to fully disable the Network Manager software and disable the Qualcomm Atheros Killer service and the NIC has been 100% since. Of course it just like a normal NIC now (without some features i.e. WOL). But at least it works!"

This seem to be for the 2200, but still....good call by Satoru here.
