EDIT..At the bottom is another link for contacting.
Valve have borught down a number of cheat websites, but it's extremely difficult to do so effectively as well as costly in terms of time, money and other resources.
Many chjeat sites operate offshore (or at least external to Washington US or other Valve regions) making legal action aainst such limited by jurisdiction region. Furthermore, aside from difficult to evaluate and prove effectively, beyiond "loss of earnings" - cases aare difficult to bring despite the obvious that people do not want cheats in the game.
At best the only reliable case is that of contractual breach due to the SSA clauses, however, this necessitates (and certainly less able to prove) that a cheat distributor has even agreed to the SSA (There's no need to license a game to develop cheats for it).
EVEN IF such a case is brought and interpol agencies are able to bring the site down, those responsible may simply pop up an identical copy with slightly changed url and the process repeats.
The "war on cheats" is a rapid arms race in which the most efficent and viable advantage comes from tackling the roots of the industry at cheating behaviour - strpiing the perceived incentives to cheating.
If you dislike Valve as a coporate business so much, or their ethics, why do you continue to support them by posting here and using their services, providing them freely with valuable advertising target data?
However, this has nothing to do with Getty's claim that Valve are reluctant to address cheat development websites due to financial supprot from cheats - which is utterly unfounded, illogical and false.
Well since Valve is the only way to play most games compared to other software programs I don't believe I have a choice in the matter. But I do not support them anymore such as I wont buy another skin for CHEATER-STRIKE. It would not be so hard for the developers to update the anti-cheat engine to become a better engine such as battleye.
If you wish to support a developer that publishers only via Steam, but do not wish to support Valve, then inform the developers of WHY you did not purchase their license is always good. This way they can be influenced to consider how publishing via Steam only may not be in their better interests.
You always have a choice. It may be Hobson's choice sometimes, but this just shows whether yyou act on on or betray your principles.
Youa re supporting them. You are an active user on their system, you are connecting and posting to their servers. You are right now, contributing in your way to the statoitic that proclaims Steam as the most popular platform. You are freely, willingly giving them valuable data and information which is a source of revenue.
You clearly just like to complain without doing what you can to cahnange anything.
The data collected is more relevant to action than the written word. You play Planet Coaster, you involve in Groups, you engage in Steam features and sales, you freqwently discuss and message Jenna - all these things identify aspects of your personality that professional marketing experts can use to develop scarily accurate profliles of you.
