"VAC Has flagged your gameplay as irregular"

I have had 2 matches recently where I make it 2 rounds in and am playing poorly, and then it says the match has been cancelled due to irregular gameplay. first time it gave me a 24 hour cooldown along with the message "VAC Hasflagged your gameplay as irregular", now I have a week long cooldwon for essentially just being bad at the game...

I did some research and apparently it's VAC ai giving out live cooldowns, enough people get false cooldowns and complain then valve knows their robot doesn't work

and valve is not here reading about your "global cooldown". so don't know why you making a thread.

Same. Was having a regular game, then 2 rounds in match cancelled and i got VAC. Never cheated in my life.

maybe you should look at what you gotten or on what profile you have, as there is no ban showing the profile you posting on. Seeing as global cooldowns, Vac error or gamebans are not VACbans

And you're making a mess of company A by telling your neighbor and believing that the said company will reach out?

The Vac forum is an only user forum, anything you write here will never reach the right people.

I find it exciting that you supposedly researched the cooldown, but it wasn't enough for the forum, even though you only need the absolute minimum of information

While it does not show anything on my steam profile, when i start cs i cant play it cause i have a 24 hour global cooldown due to VAC finding my gameplay "irregular".
And thats the issue, even if im not banned yet, why cant i play a game?

And thats the issue, even if im not banned yet, why cant i play a game?

Of course nothing will be displayed in your profile, as it has already been mentioned that a cooldown is NOT a vac ban and only a vac ban (or game ban) will be visible in your profile.

Lufia, of course i am not posting this here with the hope that valve reads it, i just wrote this so other players in my situation can learn that they are not alone getting false banned. and if this gets big maybe valve will notice that VAC is banning legit players

Do you really think this is happening because you wrote this in the vac forum? Sry, but that definitely won't work, almost only people come here for other reasons and even if you reached 100 people here (which is already an incredible number) they would hardly be Valve players and, as I said, Valve doesn't read here.

You can only wait 24 hours, but you're definitely in the wrong place here. Please contact support (even if I doubt that this will help or change anything) or contact the CS2 forum.

And all it does is further show how people keep spreading false information because it's so "cool sounding" to use the word "banned", when in fact, that word has a very specific meaning.

You were never "banned" in the first place, and you are not "banned" now.

Assuming this is true, it's called "competitive gameplay" for a reason.

When you are bad at the game, your team is not very effective, and therefore, not very "competitive".

Pretty sure you can still play the game on non-competitive matches to have fun and avoid cool downs. There is no reason for your tiered cooldowns to ever get to tier 4 (7 days).

And all this has zero to do with VAC or this forum.

it says VAC on my cooldown and it doesn't say "competitive cooldown" it says "global cooldown" and won't let me play the casual game modes, it does have to do with VAC because it literally says that VAC gave me the cooldown

you are doing or using something that looks like cheating, irrespective of whether that is cheating or not.

It's called VAC by the system, yes, but the global cooldown is NOT a VAC ban.
