VAC Banned

I got VAC banned in PUBG. Twice in a row for no reason, back-to-back. PUBG support still haven't answered me. And i m sure i will be banned for the third time. Now im in a loop ban. I only get to play for a few minutes and I get ban immediately for 24 hours. I have a video recorded with georce experience that proves this. :) My question is: I was banned from Steam or PUBG? Who banned me? Sorry for my bad english

There is no VAC ban on the profile you're talking about.
PUBG doesn't even use VAC to begin with.
Not to mention that every VAC ban is permanent.
Temporary cooldowns have nothing to do with VAC, or this forum either.

Steam didn't ban you. Either the developer or the anti-cheat used in the game did. Which is not VAC.

Scroll down and look to the right. There is no "VAC" with a shield symbol, so the game does not use VAC.

"Valve Anti Cheat Enabled" with "VAC" in a shield symbol. THAT is an example of how to tell if the game uses VAC.

I was getting banned for the third time today. I'm not cheating; that's the problem. That's why I'm frustrated. Now I am in discussions with the PUBG support, which is a very slow process. BTW, I have uploaded on YouTube two clips with all the interaction showing my task manager and how eventually I will get banned. Cheating is disgusting, and I never cheat in games, not even in single-player games. Every time the ban is for 24 hours, is not permanent.

Ok, I'm not VAC banned, but I can't post on the PUBG forum for now. This privilege has been taken away for now. I want to expose my problem there. I'm not cheating, but I'm banned; that's my problem. Every time they investigate my account, I am unbanned, only to be banned again after minutes of gameplay. I can play for minutes after 24 hour pass and unban

Nothing anyone here can or will do for you, this is a USER forum. You need to contact the devs directly.
