how to cope with depression (VAC ban)
recently, i got VAC banned on tf2. And i will admit, i did have cheat engine on, but i didnt even use it on tf2. i tried contacting steam about it, and they said that unjustified VAC bans are auto-removed. but, sadly nothing has happened so far. So im asking you guys how to cope with this situation

You cope with it by accepting that your actions have consequences and stop lying. Cheat engine being on would cause a vac error, unless you injected it into tf2 or another vac-secured game.
Cheat engine does NOT cause VAC bans, unless you use it to cheat. That being said, incorrect VAC ban will be removed at any time ranging from few days to few months.

lily mcfluffy but, i didnt actually do it tho
It doesn't matter whether we believe you and I have no idea whether the depression is serious or you're hoping for pity.
In any case, we can't do anything about your vac ban and you have to come to terms with your own condition yourself.

But you should definitely work on your patience, if an (extremely rare) incorrect vac ban is lifted, it can take longer than just 8 days.
lufia i just kinda put the depression there
Well in my case, here and there I am like "Man that was stupid of me" and get a bit saddened but I just have to deal with it. Did it willingly and now I am paying the consequences. Nothing I can do about it. If you are seriously depressed over this, maybe try to reflect that is just a game that is also free. You can make another account to play the game and if you did indeed cheat, don't do that again.
i didnt do it willingly tho
VAC bans are permanent.

And you only have 15 hours in Team Fortress 2.. so just start over on a new Steam account.

Yes, and? VAC detects cheats or other tampering, and doesn't ask "but did that account do it on purpose?", that would be silly.

That is not what they said or say in the support pages.

"Issued incorrectly" is the wording that applies, from the official support pages.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly it will automatically be removed.

And as was said, unless you purposefully injected into TF2 while connected to a VAC server with Cheat Engine, it won't cause a VAC ban.

Simply open and running in the background, as you said in the OP, it causes a VAC disconnect ERROR.

No connection to a VAC server (disconnected) = no VAC ban. It's a played out excuse here that never works.
