In any case, we can't do anything about your vac ban and you have to come to terms with your own condition yourself.
But you should definitely work on your patience, if an (extremely rare) incorrect vac ban is lifted, it can take longer than just 8 days.
And you only have 15 hours in Team Fortress 2.. so just start over on a new Steam account.
"Issued incorrectly" is the wording that applies, from the official support pages.

And as was said, unless you purposefully injected into TF2 while connected to a VAC server with Cheat Engine, it won't cause a VAC ban.
Simply open and running in the background, as you said in the OP, it causes a VAC disconnect ERROR.
No connection to a VAC server (disconnected) = no VAC ban. It's a played out excuse here that never works.

What typically causes this error?
There are a number of common software conflicts that can cause this error. If you are running any of the following software, please disable it while playing:
CCleaner
Powershell
Cheat Engine <----------------------------------------------
IObit Start Menu 8
DLL Injectors
Hypervisors
Steam Idlers
That's your only option to play in VAC secure servers again.
