Vacbanned?

I just got vacbanned?
I´ve never used cheats in my life, and came in now to sell some skins.
After i sold my first skin i got vacbanned, is this a joke?

Or is it something that has happend to alot of people?

Keep in mind that accounts are hijacked, not hacked.

All VAC bans are constantly checked and verified. If the ban is a mistake, it is usually removed within the first few days or weeks after the ban.

Finally, this is a userforum. No one here can investigate or remove a VAC ban.
Not that you can appeal one anyway.

No, as far as I know there is no current ban wave.

Therefore, the following statement applies:
VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed.

Yeah I saw that 56% headshot, so six to seven headshots out of every ten kills yeah you were banned for using aimbot properly. You selling skins will not get you VAC banned, you using skin changers will get you VAC banned. So in all liklihood it seems you were probably banned for skin changers and aimbot which the ban is 100% correct in that case.

In any case we cannot nor will help you. You are on your own.

The ban is permanent until deemed incorrect. In which case, the ban would be automatically lifted. You cannot demand or expedite such an investigation. It is done by the VAC team on the regular. VAC works by signature. Same wrong signature = same unban. No individual unbans.

We can only copy and paste from the same Support pages that are already available to you anyway, and no one from Steam Support will see this here.

Not that it would matter if they did, as they cannot even remove VAC bans, no matter what.

The system is fully automated. Bans are applied by the automated system, and if found to be incorrectly applied, they are removed by the automated system.

This forum is for discussing the VAC system and other relevant topics. Every ban appeal thread or "I was banned for no reason" thread you see posted here should not be posted.

VAC bans are permanent and cannot be removed by support. Valve doesn't care about appeals at all, so you are basically wasting your time posting here (or any where). Also, it's VAC banned not Vacbanned.
