My cousin got me vac banned on cs go

So my family came over to my house on Easter. And since I got vac banned I decided to call my cousin and asked him if he used hacks or anything on cs go. And he said yeah, then I asked him what it was called so I had more information about it and he said he forgot. I was very mad at him and I'm not allowing him to play on my computer anymore. And he deleted the backs before he left. And I thought it was a hacker I encountered so I already reported my vac to the cs go team. What can I do to got un vac banned because there will be no more hacks on my computer, because my cousin won't be on it anymore. So what do I do to try to get un vac banned? I don't care if they reset all my stats in game. But I really don't wanna pay money for it again then buy my other games on a new account, and lose all my hours and achievements on this account. Thank you

The VAC ban cannot be removed regardless of who was using your account at the time it was banned. While we understand this can be frustrating we must have a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that players will enjoy. In order for a zero tolerance policy to be effective we must hold users responsible for the security of their account.

Not Valve's problem. Sorry.

You shouldn't have your PC able to be accessed by your cousin if he's done this to you before.

Your Steam account and your computer are your responsibility, as well as any VAC bans that go with them. And sharing your Steam account with anyone is a violation of your agreement with Valve, so you broke the rules there in a big way, if that is what you did in fact.

If you share your Steam account information and therefore your account, you break the rules of the agreement. You may want to read up on that also, including the pinned thread.

Why weren't you preventing your cousin from accessing your computer if you knew he had done this in the past?

You might be able to find non secured surf servers if you type -insecure under launch options.

You can try and file a ticket to support if you feel like you've been banned unfairly. I don't know the link, but I'm sure somebody else will guide you there. Granted it won't do you much if you were correctly banned.
