"Use only trusted machines to play on VAC-Secured servers - if you are not sure whether or not the machine you are using to connect to Steam may have cheats installed, do not play on VAC-Secured servers."

It completely amazes me how someone would log into an internet cafe and use their Steam account or log into any personal account for that matter (email, for example), and play VAC protected games on it from their account login session.
But the end result is the same and it is the rightful user's responsibility anyway, and that is the account is banned.
You never know, and some of the stories are really good.
For example...
You loan the use of your account to your "brother" (actually an SSA violation anyway) and HE uses it to cheat. You did not cheat while using the account but the ACCOUNT was still used to cheat.
Also, the internet cafe example that has the same result. Someone else installed cheats on the machine and YOU log in and play your VAC protected games on it...YOU did not "mean" to cheat because you did not know the cheats were installed on that computer, but your account still gets the VAC ban if your account is played on VAC protected servers and VAC detects the files, as it almost surely will.
