My Account Was Stolen And i Got Van Ban on Team Fortress 2 [Proof] Valve Staff Please Help Me
Hello steam valve staff it 's been a while since I been on steam and when I try to login somedays ago I recently forgot my password so when I reset try to reset my password I saw this other email from reseing my password so I was like, what the hell is going on with my steam account then I begin to think that someone else is using my steam account then when I hit f5 on my keyboard I saw that my email was back so I reset it, and the steam site send the code to my email after I got the email and others. And I login to my steam account I got this error on the top say things about fraudulent activity here you go this is what i was getting :

Steam Support has flagged your account as potentially having been used for fraudulent activities. Please contact Steam Support so that we can assist you.



This account will have restricted functionality until this issue is resolved.

So i follow what it said and it take me to the steam support site after i write and explane what happen they told me to go here and apply are discuss what happen hoping i will get unban of team fortress 2 proof link: https://support.steampowered.com/view.php?ref=1695-QIGV-5146 of my applying on the steam support site they said that steam support do not deal with van-ban and can't unban me of tf2 proof again : https://support.steampowered.com/view.php?ref=1695-QIGV-5146 | so here i am applying to get unban of team fortress 2 . my account was hacked . And i did not no anything about it , I remember when i just buy csgo i hard only one friends now when i got back my account from hacked i saw lots of friends that i do not no anything about on my steam profile which i have no idea about and when i went to play my best game in the world tf2 i saw some error saying that i cant play because of a vac ban from valve which i have no idea and when i check my steam profile i saw 1 vac-ban for 100 and somedays ago :steamsad: , so since after applying to steam support site i understand what happen so here i am writing to you guys on what happen hoping and praying i get unban because it was not me who make my account got vac-ban on team foress 2 ,and also this will never happen because i change all my account infomation look in the steam support site on my apply you see the sreen shot link that i put there for proof that i change it , and i even remember the site that i login my steam account info on that maybe that's y i got hacked it look just like the normal steam site link of the site proof and also keep in my i do not lie so please hear me out : http://amanko.co.vu/FenjU71/b32555570be82bc58de933182e055599

The account was used in connection with cheating. Therefore, the account is banned. Just as the good Theblaze pointed out above, the user of the account at the time is irrelevant.

Read the pinned thread on VAC and all linked pages found within that pinned thread. Thanks.

Hello Did you real all my info and check out the support site and saw my apply i did not share my account with anyone please here my out and understander please it was hacking this is hacker we are taking about just yesterday i was playing csgo and meet hack that hack the server console and ddos the valve anit ban that what they side when i ask then so hacker are not good please understand i got hacked while i was hacked i was not on my profile so i did not no anything about on my friend where i live ask me if i buy csgo

This is a user forum, and we have no power over you VAC ban. All we can do is provide help here with you understanding and having access to official information, not any from any other unofficial website. The pinned thread is official. And it has been linked for you, as well as the link to the SSA, your agreement with Valve.

There is nothing we can do about your ban at all. No one here can lift it. You have hardly any games on this account anyway. Just make a new account, and get the game on that account and don't allow that newly made account to get VAC banned.

After you are sure you have no cheats installed on that computer, of course. This is covered in the information linked from the pinned thread.

Apparently you don't understand because you keep asking how to get "unvac". You don't get "unvac". VAC bans are permanent. Permanent means just that.............permanent.

Steam Accounts only get unbanned if these bans were applied incorrectly which is clearly not the case here as your Steam Account was used to cheat with so the VAC ban was applied correctly and will not be lifted under any circumstances.

ok i thank you for you help no i understand so i have to make a new account Over just to get back tf2 and deal my old account with csgo that i do not play i just buy it to add friends on steam wel that ok if i have to do that i will i thank you very much for you help .

"Steam staff" is not here. As said, this is a user forum only. And someone on YouTube saying they got "unvac" is hardly trustworthy. :steamfacepalm:
