There is nothing we can do about your ban at all. No one here can lift it. You have hardly any games on this account anyway. Just make a new account, and get the game on that account and don't allow that newly made account to get VAC banned.
After you are sure you have no cheats installed on that computer, of course. This is covered in the information linked from the pinned thread.
No one here can help you, this is a users forum. The pinned thread has all the info you need.
Steam Accounts only get unbanned if these bans were applied incorrectly which is clearly not the case here as your Steam Account was used to cheat with so the VAC ban was applied correctly and will not be lifted under any circumstances.
