Accidental ban?

Not gonna lie and say I haven't had a history of this kinda thing but this account is clean. Was downloading dead by daylight for the free weekend and played some day of defeat source from my family share with some buddies last weekend to find I'm VAC banned. Only other programs being used at the time other than the game were teamspeak and I think I might have had DS4 running still. Would that have caused a VAC ban?

Your friends probably hacked that's why you got banned,if ur friends hack in a shared game you shared with them,then u get banned

Probably why it is called "family sharing", because you are supposed to be able to trust your actual family more I guess.

It is about the account being logged INTO on a device that is clean, and then connected to a VAC secure server.
