CSS Mod In SDK 2007 = Uses CSS = Posible VAC ?

as title says. i wanna ask about Vac thing lets get in to it. i have css mod it (CSS REBORN) its css on older engine and there is iron sights and more characters and stuff just modded css. i extracted the files in Source SDK 2007 folder because the mod is on older source engine. then i added -game cstrike in to the lauch options and it worked but! i looked in multyplayer servers and there was milion servers the mod isnt much popular so i asked myself what is that and it was servers from my normal css on my steam then i was shocked wat editing files ?? Vac comming ?? and now im ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my pants and just waiting for VAC. but still it was my css but i was in the Source SDK 2007. help me guys im scared i dont wanna get vac banned its just a mod. help :(

If you modified the core files then most likely yes but I can't be sure as I have no clue what the "Mod" did to your copy of CSS.

You'll have to wait to see. Next time I advise you don't mess with the game files.

its like 6 hours now. i hope if it will happen valve can help me i just wanted to play css mod.

As I have said I don't know what your "mod" did to the game files. If the game is VAC secured and you messed with the files then there is a chance you could be VAC banned. You'll just have to wait and see.

in the game vac added some scripts in scripts folder its only game commands in console i think.

If CSS is the same as CS:GO all matches are VAC secured, even offline bot matches.

That "video" evidence does not mean that you have downloaded the same thing. Some "mods" have malware, and, some even have malicious code that is sure to get you VAC banned, even if the "mod" promises that you will not.

I suggest that you take down that video here. If it is somehow a "cheat", that is not good for you to post that here. (VERY BAD, actually) Use the edit feature in the posting window.

As the good Grogwind said, we don't know what you have done there. No matter what you tell us here, we cannot know for certaintly there. He also said VAC bans are delayed. So now, apparently, begins the nail-biting and waiting for you, as you will just have to wait and see if your account gets banned.

BE WARNED...If you DO somehow have cheats installed on your machine and you play other VAC protected games, and those cheats are somehow also detected while playing those other games, then you can and almost surely will get more VAC bans.

Either DO NOT play on any more VAC protected servers for a LONG time and wait, or format and reinstall Windows if you think there are indeed cheats installed now that can be detected by VAC.

Hopefully, you can see what a mess all this causes when you mess with the game files. Download VAC protected games and just play them and STOP messing with the files !!!

That is good, but the problem is that some "mods" and cheats/hacks leave behind traces of code or other leftovers that can be detected by VAC. In short, cheats can be very difficult to remove manually.

From the linked page in the pinned thread "I've been VAC banned."......

"To prevent additional bans on your account, please remove all cheats from your computer before playing on VAC secured servers. Verywell, and thank you. Just passing on the information here and trying to help you. You apparently made a mistake and are just being honest about it and asking for help here, so that is good of you and you deserve credit for that at least.

Don't forget, if you don't reformat the drives if you are going to reinstall Windows, and you miss something that "may" be detected by VAC in the future, then you "may" get more VAC bans if you connect to VAC servers using your account on the same computer.

So clean the computer fully before reinstalling Windows, of course, and then start over. Keep in mind that if somehow your account has already been flagged by VAC for a future ban (VAC bans are delayed), then your account "may" still get a VAC ban in the near future.

So just make sure you understand that if it does get a VAC ban, that "may" be due to the "mod" or cheats (if it was a cheat) being detected BEFORE you reinstalled Windows, as you seem to be going to do as of now.

but i still dont know if did you get it its not actualy cheat to css its seperate game do you understand ? i dont think you can get vac banned for seperate game. but still reinstalled windows for sure
