I still see some programs that are not on the list, but the list is not all inclusive and they give me concerns here. What you do about them is going to be up to you.

LINE.js

Node.js

qksee (this one is VERY suspicious) https://www.google.com/search?q=qksee&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Social2Search (this is also VERY suspicious) http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-social2search-ads

Teleportpro

Uncheckit

XAMPP

can you recommend me an antivirus which protect my computer
Avira or Sophos

But you need to be sure to make real-time scan exceptions for Steam and games in ANY antivirus that you use.

In my Avira, I can add the entire Steam folder to exceptions and that takes care of it.

OK I will try Avira
I have to leave. I will check the thread tomorrow if you still need help. Others may still post and try to help you.

I suggest that you look SERIOUSLY into the programs that I have listed above. OR, just go ahead and uninstall all of them and be done with it and reboot.

Programs can be reinstalled later if they are found to not be a problem. Troubleshooting requires steps that may or may not give good results, so that is what this is...troubleshooting.

Consider what I said about the bc edit command that completed successfully.

Before you playtest the game to see if it is fixed when you get to the point of doing that, you MUST verify the game files for CSGO. You do that EXACTLY as suggested here.....

OK Thanks it work
Sorry I missed a lot of the recent responses to this thread, but TheGivingOne has, as usual, provided excellent advice and help.

HOLY...no wonder you have this problem...so much wrong here...

uTorrent
Avast
CCleaner
KLite Codec Pack
Log me in Himachi
and Skype
KLite Codec Pack is media player.(?) Also Skype does nothing regarding VAC if it's not running in the background. Log me in Hamachi should be uninstalled since it was compromised. CCleaner also does nothing. uTorrent might block connection.

TGO is correct to advise removal of the listed programs.

KLite codec is not a media player, it contains codecs and libraries. It is KNOWN TO INTERFERE with the operation of Steam.

Skype is KNOWN TO INTERFERE WITH STEAM

Avast is KNOWN TO INTERFERE with Steam.

uTOrrent is KNOWN TO INTERFERE WITH STEAM

CCleaner CAN and has been proven to cause this particular issue depending on version and configuration.

-_______________________-

It is perfectly possible to run Steam and the game products with the mentioned programs without issue. HOWEVER, this does not mean the risk is not present.

The precise circumsatances resulting in the issue of this topic may be a combination of any or all these factors plust the specific setup of their OS. Given that EVERY UNIQUE individual eventuality cannot be listed, it is recommended to remove all the KNOWN POSSIBILITIES in order to troubleshoot in the most methodical way.

Sorry to revive the thread here but I was happy to see the OP's issue seems to be fixed. Thanks for OP's and everyone else's kind and helpful words and advice here, and I hope this yet again shows how we can help each other in the community to solve problems when they come up.

Good luck OP, and to everyone else, too.
