Very first one on the list...uTorrent.
Wow...then a HUGE issue...AVG
Daemon Tools Lite
No wonder you have this problem. I can tell you now I have seen recently, that users are having issues especially with AVG. Seems an update may be causing a new conflict, but AVG was always in bold and with a green symbol on the list of where you say you "did all waht it said to do on the website".

EDIT..Why did you delete the post with the links from imgur ???

Click this link below....and read it, please. The one where you said you did everything on the support page...

Those programs are on that list. AVG is especially an issue. Uninstall all of them and reboot.
Then verify the game files for the game just as it says to do here....

Then you reboot.
Then you verify the game files and we continue to troubleshoot the issue if we need to. Step-by-step.
CCleaner
Cheat Engine
IObit Start Menu 8
Process Hacker
and i think i must do only this:
Repair the Steam Service
Restore boot settings to default
Repair system files
but now I see that i need to do more.
I do all that and then i see if i get VAC error again.

Correction...now they have totally removed the "third party software" link and it is not even there anymore. So now, the "verify integrity of game cache" is just broken, as that leads to the problematic software page instead.
NO.
EVERYTHING that has AVG in front of it, yes. And the others. THEN your reboot your computer, and THEN you verify the game files.
