If I do get a VAC for this, it will be a false positive.

VAC is an automated system that either detects cheats in direct use with your account, in association with family sharing a VAC protected game and cheating from either account, or on an account linked with the same phone number at the time of the infraction that was also VAC banned.

The BSOD was caused by a random disk failure though. I was worried the data corruption on the game may result in a VAC ban. Even if the game didn't have VAC enabled, other games are subject to this as well.
If by some incredibly rare circumstance your account was ever to get a VAC ban and it was indeed found to be false, it would be removed automatically as you probably saw in the info linked.
