so, on team fortress 2 i can't play because the vac keeps kicking me out saying "an issue with your computer is blocking the vac system", i did NOT use cheats and i do NOT have anti-viruses on my computer, did some researches on interned and i tried everything but nothing changed, i sent some bug reports in-game asking to send an e-mail to me with explanations but nobody answered, i'm asking help, what can i do?

Si The Giving One ti ha detto bene, cancellare in software in conflitto. Si nel pannello di controllo trovi tutto il software, quelli che sono in conflitto devono essere cancellati o disabilitati.

Allora devi disinstallare, riavviare e fare la verifica cache finché non trovi il problema.

Se non trovi il problema avrai sempre questo problema, controlla anche la connessione internet, opta per la connessione cablata invece che wireless. Fai dei test finché non risolvi.

I searched Acer for your model and found this.

Please verify that is your exact computer. If it is, then you need to make sure that all device drivers are fully up to date from Acer ONLY. After you have made sure of this, see the note at the bottom of that page.

"After upgrading to Windows 10, if there are any drivers that haven't been installed, please run Windows Update to install the appropriate drivers."

So if you changed to Windows 10 from a previous OS, that is important to understand, as an upgrade is not the proper way to install an OS on a computer anyway.

The process that I have seen many times conflict with Steam in general, as well as VAC, and that is on the list is.......

AMD External Events Utility

That is what you need to be sure is gone from your system, so run msconfig after a fresh restart of your computer, allowing enough time for all processes and services to fully launch and be running, and then make sure it is gone. Disabled is not always the same as totally uninstalled.

So get rid of AMD External Events Utility after making sure all your computer devic drivers are up to date as suggested above.

Then verify the game files for any games giving the VAC error. Do that as shown here...

where can i check if a device driver is installed? from control panel?

i disabled AMD External Events Utility but i don't know how to delete it.

i'm sorry for my incompetence, by the way,

as u saw someone else tried to help me linking me a site, i've done everything it said and i managed to actually play on the game protected by VAC, however after some minutes it kicked me out again, i just wanted you to know.

The Giving One ti ha chiesto di installare tutti I driver del tuo Acer tramite il loro sito, inoltre di aggiornare tramite windows Update. A quanto pare sei passato da windows 7 A 10 giusto??? Quindi presumo che hai eseguito solo l upgrade!!!!
