A VAC ban always has a very specific reason: Cheats.
A known cheat was detected on a system that was in use by this account directly or indirectly (account, library or phone number sharing) and VAC banned the account permanently.

It doesn't matter when the ban was issued.
VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. Hence, what you did now doesn't matter, what you did earlier (days, weeks or even months before the ban) however, does.

This information -the what and the when- will not be shared. It would only help cheaters and cheat developers.

It doesn't matter whether YOU consider it to be a cheat or not.
Modifying the game outside its permitted parameters can still be considered cheating. This includes, for example, skin changers (which would even constitute piracy for using a skin without license), FOV enhancers, altered textures or shaders.

It doesn't matter who was using the account to cheat.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, the security of the computer hardware and software used to play games on Steam and the actions of your account that may or may not result from your negligience.

As such, VAC doesn't care who was using the account at the time of the infraction. The ban will not be removed.

VAC bans are also applied to all accounts sharing a phone number at the time of the infraction. Because VAC bans are delayed, removing the phone number after you knowingly used cheats, does not make you immune.

Accounts sharing the phone number that do not own the game the VAC ban is for will still receive a VAC ban and will not be able to obtain the game once the ban is applied.

Family Sharing privileges may be revoked and your account may also be VAC banned if your library is used by others to cheat.

Either your account or one linked to yours (via phone number or library sharing) connected to a VAC-secured server from a computer with cheats on it. You don't even have to use the cheats to get banned. They just need to be on the PC your account connects from.

Perhaps you don't. That means someone has somehow used your account directly or indirectly.

Even then, who knows whether you are telling the truth? VAC detected something that was infringing on the competitive integrity of the protected game and later banned the account for it.

As said before in the lengthy post that you obviously didn't care to read thoroughly:
Appealing is futile. Neither Steam support nor anyone on this forum can remove the ban for you.

If your ban has indeed been issued in error, then all you have to do is sit back and wait for it to be removed. If this does not happen, then the ban is legitimate and that's all there is to it.

VAC doesn't care about people reporting you. It's an automated system.

The only remedy is creating a new account. The ban is permanent, no matter what you try to do.

if you need and wish to play fair again, i would advise reformat your pc to remove cheats (if any) and make a new account because any one of those things including a shared phone number can case a vac ban and the system detects as "cheated". false bans are possible but it's very rare and only if there was a mistake

If you use your account on a PC that's not your own (at an internet café, computer club, a friends etc) then there could be cheats installed that you don't know about.

Did your colleague answer me, in a polite way? no but he replied, next i don't want trouble but politeness is good and we all like it, i swear if someone else tells me to sit and wait sitting silently i will file a lawsuit for moral damages, i really want to know how long i have to wait for this to be resolved because what is it, i know i have never ever cheated or installed anything like that, money was spent on this game, something real that came from my effort, i need i want an answer to this that was something that I DID NOT DO

Good luck getting a lawyer that would even consider a futile case as such one like yours. A cheat was detected on a system that was in use by this account or an account somehow related to it.
