So because their system made a mistake and I was banned for no reason I don't get a chance to talk to an employee about their mistake?
Their system's mistake shouldnt govern wether or not I keep or lose my money I spent when I did not cheat or do anything to deserve a ban, or anything.
read and understand the pinned thread.
VAC bans are permanent.
This is a user forum, no one here has power over your ban or knowledge of its cause.
VAC bans are also delayed, so the cause of the ban may be days or even weeks old.
VAC bans accounts, not people. Having a VAC ban usually means the account was detected using cheats on a VAC-protected server, or such an account is linked via phone or family-sharing.
VAC bans cannot be appealed. If the ban is applied uncorrectly, it will automatically be lifted.
Like he's going to re-consider understanding the same information that was previously posted multiple times.
So their mistake means I cannot appeal the permanent ban?
I did nothing that would trigger the VAC machine, and the machine banned me anyways. I understand it is permanent and delayed but the machine was wrong and did NOT automatically unban me. Sounds like a cheap method to get players to buy new copies of the game when they don't get unbanned from a false ban
From the pinned thread that you seem to have not read yet.....
"I believe VAC has made a mistake in banning me - what do I do now?"
These forums only offer user to user support and as a result this forum section should only be used to find information on the VAC system. The forum community (including volunteer moderators) are unable to investigate VAC bans.
Also, I strongly suggest that you read this.....

General Rules
Do not do any of the following:
(snip)
Post spam (i.e. +1, 10char, rickrolls) or Re-post Closed, Modified, Deleted Content
The "machine" does not work on your schedule. If the ban is amazingly somehow found to be false, it is automatically removed.......in VAC time, not your's. It has only been 4 days.
Again, covered in that which you don't seem to have read yet, after it has been repeatedly posted.
"The deifinition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over expecting different results."
I have read the pinned thread, and under that catagory you have listed "I believe VAC has made a mistake in banning me - what do I do now?"
When you click the link there, it says click here for support, you click it and it brings you to a page with your games and a button that says "Vac Bans" and when you click that it says there is no way to appeal, but I was falsely banned. So because their mistake I cannot appeal whatsoever, the system said it therefore it MUST be true.
If you click "Help me with my Issue" it brings you to the exact same page with no support, so therefore users are forced to come here trying to find a way to get support.
There is no support on that page, and the pinned thread does not explain how to get support other than click this, click that and you cannot appeal.
I just reread the post, it says the ban will automatically be removed, but it does not say when. The support on that page says that you need to go to a specific web page which will help you but there is none. I do not want to be on these forums, I would much rather be talking with a Valve employee because their machine messed up and I would like to tell them and get unbanned because I did nothing wrong
If the ban is false, it will be removed.
If not, it is permanent. So no action is required on your part whatsoever.
If think if it was due to family sharing or phone number sharing, they will tell you that in a reply from support, but that is it, as specific information about the cheat that was detected in association with the use of your account or shared library or phone number is never disclosed.
"There is no support on that page, and the pinned thread does not explain how to get support other than click this, click that and you cannot appeal."
If you had actually read that which was provided for you to read, you would have seen this...
Valve Anti-Cheat System (VAC)
VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.
If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed. If you wish to discuss Valve Anti-Cheat with the community, you may do so here.

Mind boggling, isn't it ? The same EXACT thing you have been told by other users here already....multiple times.........in multiple threads.
The thing is, it is not removed. Valve thinks their machine is perfect so they just put the line "will be automatically removed" so that people will think it is fair, however I was unfairly banned and would like to talk to a employee about their system. Their machine made a mistake and from that mistake is no way to get any support whatsoever and the machine will not unban because it thinks it is perfect in every way and will not second guess itself and unban anyone. Name one case where the machine automatically unbanned someone. None. Because all the cases of people getting unbanned were from when you could email steam support and talk to them, but they removed that feature and no one is getting unbanned from false bans anymore because the system is "perfect in every way"
Once more and then I am done.
If the ban is somehow false, it will be automatically removed. VAC is mostly secretive in how it works. No one knows and no one will tell you the times in which bans are applied and/or removed. That is top secret, and a basic function of how VAC actually works.
If the ban is not false, it is permanent.
For some reason, I feel compelled to once more suggest that not ONLY should you read the pinned thread, but ALSO the pages found linked from within that pinned thread. You seem to have perhaps missed those.
And also, once again, I highly suggest you read that other linked page concerning the rules of the forums. Just trying to help you out here. Now, I am done, and I wish you good luck.
You will never know what caused the ban but it's highly likely it's permanent as the chances of it being a false positive are astronomically slim.
You cannot appeal a ban or speak to any valve employees.
You can only use the information you've been given and read the pinned thread or be patient and wait a few more days to see if it's automatically removed since there is no exact time frame.
I have read the threads multiple times, and they have never helped
