When you boot up your PC, launch it in safe mode.
Then launch steam, then csgo.
It's your fourth cooldown because you are stacking your cooldonws. You are not supposed to be doing that.
I cannot read the messages fully in the command prompts. They are in a different language.
However, from the support page, this is the message that should be displayed...
"The value is protected by Secure Boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted."
Your bcedit commands are giving errors instead. This is a problem.
Was this an upgrade to Windows 10 from a previous operating system ?
If you did upgrade, did you format and install the OS properly or was it truly an "upgrade" from a previous OS ?
You did not expand "Software and drivers" in the Task Manager shot there. There are 9 processes of that parent listing there. You should have expanded all of them in the shots.
And also, I personally cannot read many of your programs and processes, not to mention the full reports from the command prompts. Is there any reason why you cannot set your Windows to English while troubleshooting this probem ?
Your English seems to be quite well. Most of us here may not be able to read your language, so covering everything is going to be that much more difficult.
And about my Windows. Man i dont know anything about it :/ i bought PC from my friend and everything what he did, is that he made hard factory reset on this PC. So i dont know nothing about that :/ ( but he said that he run CSGO without problems)
And yes i can find how to change language at windows, but if you look at my first post with screens, i translated it all. So if you can see, or you wanna to see it in english, no problem, just write it :)
The error is "element not found" which you get when trying to delete a value that does not exist (already deleted). So that should be OK.
Did you try the Selective Startup option in MSCONFIG?
Uncheck the options there and test?
And do you have other VAC secured games and do they also have this issue?
If you do, and they have the same problem, then use them for testing rather then CSGO and you will abvoid cooldown issues while troubleshooting the problem.

Try that first, if the game wont launch then try with "Load System Services" enabled.
i tried it and i run the game, go to the deatmatch, but when the game wanna loading, it kicks me and it write " Vac has not been able to verify your game location " so i think this is not gonna be fix :/
Thats a standard error, so its strange none of the standard fixes have worked.
Did you try varifying game cache?

Forgive me, but I thought that error was a bit different than an actual VAC authentication error, as the messages are a bit different, and this below was what you originally had.........

everytime i play deathmatch or competitve it randomly kick me and show me that message.. i talking about this all the time, not about " disconnected by VAC : you cannot play....... "
Click the link I gave you and read their cases and how they fixed it. This may be promising, as now you may be getting closer to getting to play due to new circumstances......

That is just the old wording of how the message used to read. The support page is the same, but they have not updated the wording of the title of the page is all.
i looked after everything what i can but nowhere i can found fix which can help me :/ i dont know what can i do guys.. its big problem because i was ( no kappa ) pro player in CS 1.6 and lil bit of my skill transfered to CSGO.. but i cant play cuz that VAC error.. Any other idea guys ? :/
