Given that Mac use on Steam is currently at just under 3% it should be no surprise that finding a VAC banned Mac user is more difficult, but it is certainly still possible.

Some people missed the MAC cheats that were added to the detection list that banned thousands of accounts last year.

But, my own personal interest is in CSGO because I played it for years. Believe it or not, malware and cheats behave very similarly--hence the correlation of my interest. I can tell you that VAC is not doing any scanning on a Mac. Any ban you see someone claim they received is from an Overwatch ban.

VAC modules get downloaded on the computer during gameplay, it doesn't matter what operating system you use. If there was no VAC then you would get kicked after few minutes with message like "VAC couldn't authenticate your session" or smth similiar (Im using how it would be in CSGO in example)

You don't know what you're talking about. For one thing, Overwatch has nothing to do with VAC. Please stop spreading misinformation before you get yourself in trouble in this forum.
