Use Cheat engine is safe? /Usar "Cheat engine" es seguro?

Ya que no puedo descargar con los megas al maximo, ya que mi familia usa el internet tambien, vi maneras de aumentar la velocidad de descarga en steam (lo cual seria contradictorio a lo que dije antes, pero meh, estaba aburrido) y encontre un video donde un tipo usaba una aplicación, la cual aumentaba su velocidad de descarga hasta 6.6 mb/s, ahora me pregunto, no sera esto peligroso o infringe alguna norma de steam que me resulte en un tipo de baneo?

Eso ya seria hacer trampa ya que usas speed hack de mismo "Cheat engine" que seria obvio, aunque lo uses lo único que harás en crashear el juego o botarte del servidor. No es seguro usarlo, acaso no haz leído las polítcas de steam?

Please, don't believe everything you see in those kinds of videos. It's easy to fake good results like that, and make it appear that one is using said program to speed up downloads.

In short, don't cheat with Cheat Engine and you are fine. There are many false claims of people getting VAC banned with Cheat Engine open in the background. But they are just that......

false claims. That won't cause a VAC ban, if Cheat Engine is simply running in the background. It's a common excuse that cheaters sometimes like to use.

You must actually inject Cheat Engine into the process of the game, directly affecting that game while connected to a VAC secure server. Otherwise, Cheat Engine is more likely to cause you to not be able to connect at all.

The fact that you believe cheat engine will improve download speed, indicates that you more than likely haven't done any system maintenance. Instead of watching videos on how to use cheat engine, look for ones on system maintenance. Some changes will help dl speed.

Nunca dije que se tenia que usar adentro de un juego, el tipo del video lo usaba mientras descargaba algo PERO, no lo eh usado, y ya tengo claro que no debo ni lo hare ;)
