if it injects into the game code, it can cause your account to get banned. You are not allowed to alter any protected game files nor tamper with any protected game data. Does not matter what your reason is. That program is USE AT OWN RISK.

if you want better performance from your existing hardware, keep your drivers up to date, visit their forums and ask for assistance there, or ask for assistance in the games forum

If you don't understand how the program works and if it affects your game files; don't use it.

Not to mention that downloaded files, even if the program itself won't cause a VAC ban, can contain malware or chaets that will cause one on purpose.

It never ceases to amaze me how some people seem to trust a download from a website or other location and assume that download only will do what is advertised that it will do.

I used hialgo months ago in VAC protected games and no problem, not even VAC error

If you search HiAlgo news and stuff you can see them claiming they got whitelisted by VAC and other anticheats so it's not bannable
