VAC ban

Just opened steam only to realize i have no friends, my steam name and profile pic has been changed with a note that states "Account alert
Your Steam community privileges will be permanently suspended for violations of the Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) Policy. Trading, inviting, editing profile and otherwise interacting with the Steam will be disabled after 23:59 (GMT) 08.07.2018.　　　Ability to move in-game items will remain for 1 hour". Thing is I did nothing I don't usually do, had 2 normal games of dota yesterday with no macro or hacks or anything that could have caused this. I tweeted @steamsupport and opened a ticket but I just read they have a massive backlog of tickets, so am I just banned now? GG??? Any advice or help please

You don't have a VAC ban. Your account has been hijacked and whoever did it is trying to get you to trade your items away. Scan your PC for malware, deauthorise your devices and change your details.

I cant edit anything on my profile, that option is no longer there, where do i change my details?

It is most definitely still there. Maybe you are not logged in on the Web. 'Edit Profile' on the profile.

Deauthorize all devices, check your compiter for malware, change your password and don't trade items away.
