VAC ban for no reason/buged

hello
i was playing Rust with my friends on this server 95.130.62.30:28017([IRAN]***PERSIAN GULF***) and the server was attacked according to the ADMIN explained to me right after GAME patch/server reset (i think it was 2 may). so i had DC and i couldnt log back in with alot of sulfur and materials that i farmed (nvm no problem server was gona reset anyways). So i loged back in to same sever same day at midnight around 1 AM and i was farming for few hrs and i started to build my house next to admin's shop while i was speaking to him and asking him what happned earlier that day and he told me server was getting attacked -.- .. after few moment suddenly i got DC with around 30k metal and sulfur again!! so i paniked and spammed to log back in again.. the first text that came upp on screen said : "Disconnected connection attempt failed" and then turned to STEAM AUTH:TIME OUT.. i SPAMMED to log back in (btw i moved the game from normal memory to my SSD ram earlier that day so i could skip the crashing window evrything its on loading screen AND IT WORKED) i spammed to log in like 10 times and the text turned from steam auth: time out to STEAM AUTH:GAME BANNED... i was paniked and i started investigate what was happned to me and then i found out some post about this issue PLZ WATCH THIS POST:

same thing happned to more ppl and yet bug is not fixed... so i have contacted easy anti cheat and asking them if they can remove the vac ban bcz it was bugged and there is problem with their easy anti cheat program.. They are telling me that i USED THIRD party TOOL CHEAT but they cant tell me what and they wont respond anymore what i have been using.. Rust is having alot of bugs and issue that needs to be fixed but i rly rly like this game and want to contniue playing it. now i cant go back on my account and play it.. can somone tell me what i should do or how to make them to remove it and fix their bug so it dont come back again or if they think somthing was causing this bug on my pc help me to find what it was?
i got my steam account in 10 years without using single cheat or having my account or game's banned.
i been trying to contact easy anti cheat and game creator without any respond about my issue.. if you dont fix this ♥♥♥♥ as i used my master card to buy this game ill cal my bank and just refound my money back!!! its been 4 days no answers for god sake..

2. The GAME ban is NOT a VAC ban.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC at all.

EAC said it was permanent, that means permanent.

They type up essays because they think it'll make them look more innocent or credible but won't take two seconds to look at their profile. *sigh*

It's kinda funny because in one of his game forum threads, another user is replying about the "VAC" ban also, as well as the OP still being confused apparently there also.

It does not matter what we think about you cheating or not.

What we DO know is that your account has a game ban, and that has zero to do with VAC or this forum.

And pretty sure what was meant there is, that you apparently are not understanding the difference between the clearly displayed "game" ban in red text on your Steam profile.

Because if it was a VAC ban, it would clearly say "VAC ban" instead.

Well, whatever source that is, you should ignore that please, and simply look at your Steam profile, and use the "info" button displayed there. It's explained there also.
