The account has a game ban. Not a Vac ban.

Contact the game developer. Game bans are permanent if they are declined or do nothing.

game ban. nothing to do with VAC.

So, you violated the Steam Subscriber Agreement by sharing your account with someone? Valve could permanently suspend or even delete your account for that.

Anyway, who used the account to cheat is irrelevant. Your account was used to cheat, your account was banned. You are responsible for all actions on your account, no matter who used it.
