However.
L4D-2: That's an Embarrassment FULL STOP
But
CS:GO: so random a game "at first" that most gamer's can't handle the learning curve <---that's Uno big embarrassment as a gamer, producing fail of course.
All from a gaming point of view, don't get excited and all real life on me thanks.
A anime style board game.
People did get banned in it.
Thank you, Captain Obvious!
Stupidity in that context itself is embarrassing.
And you are taking this topic waaaaaaay too seriously.
No one can "see" what game another account is banned in, unless that person actually has access to that account's VAC information found in settings or from the "info" button next to the ban notice, actually clicked on by the user of that account.
Personally, I don't really see a difference, to be honest. A VAC ban is a VAC ban is a VAC ban. Just my opinion, though. Also, we here know there are other ways for an account to earn a VAC ban rather than the rightful user actually doing the cheating to cause it.
So it's not so black and white.
EDIT...........
To be perfectly honest, having an account banned due to phone number sharing.
Family sharing, I can understand a little bit. But phone number sharing ? That is completely silly.
Yes, this is not addressing the actual point of "what game", but it is silly to get your account VAC banned because you were sharing your phone number with another account that someone else is using and has full access to (and that actually did the cheating to cause all accounts using that number to be banned) .
Gotta ask a question, how many topics like this do you hear everyday? You seem like a person who knows this discussion more than I do, because I've seen folks like you telling VAC-banned users to just forget why they're banned and move on.
And ask who, by the way ? Steam Support ? They can't even remove the ban anyway, since again, VAC does that automatically if it is found to be incorrect.

Not really sure what you mean here to reply fairly, but assuming you mean their story is relevant.....it isn't.
Again, more simply explained :
Ban somehow found by VAC later to be incorrectly applied = automatically removed.
Ban was found to be correctly applied by VAC as all VAC bans are checked by the system (again, automatically) for accuracy = ban remains and is permanent.
Incorrectly applied VAC bans are extremely rare. But this thread is not really about correctly applied and incorrectly applied VAC bans. It's about what game or reason was the most silly to be the cause of a VAC ban.
I still vote for phone number sharing as the most silly. It's not a "game", but it is a cause, as the OP did ask that also :
