Hi my name is Giancarlo and I was VAC banned today and I'm not exactly sure why. I never hacked. I've been hacked multiple times and these people have played games on my account and I'm not exactly sure how I can get this ban removed. This isn't something I'd do and I'm very passionate about this game.

If you ask, how am I supposed to trust this guy? If you take a look at my inventory I have one of the very few StatTrak FN M4A4 | Howl's that exist. Please, someone tell me why I would hack on an account with the nearly rarest item in the game that is worth more than my computer.

Someone please help me out and have this removed and as soon as this happens I'm going to restore my computer just to remain on the safe side.

Please help me.

Not sure how that is possible. Support does not restore items anymore.

Steam Item Restoration Policy

Steam Support does not restore items that have left accounts for any reason, including trades, market transactions, deletions, or gifting.

The policy was in place A WHILE AGO. Apparently, you were one of the cases where they only did this once, and thanks to people getting hijacked, they don't do it anymore, among other reasons.

Items in your inventory don't really prove anything. I have seen cheaters VAC banned with tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff.

You say you have been hacked multiple times. If that is true, it is a failure on your part to properly secure your account and your computer system.

I'm also a bit skeptical of your claims of being hacked multiple times, you also claim you had stuff stolen and restored, yet this is your first post ever on the Steam forums.

It's hard to give people the benefit of the doubt around here.
