I wouldn't exactly talk in your position considering you were already confused about "report bots". Not to mention vac bans are not removed by a "higher power".

You need to stop posting this misinformation here, please.

VAC bans are removed automatically if they get removed at all. Don't mislead people into thinking they can ask to have a VAC ban removed.

The user cannot remove a VAC ban. VAC does it AUTOMATICALLY , if the ban was applied in error.
