Will changing nekopara vol 3 with the r18 patch get me vac banned?

I was a bit dissapointed to hear that nekopara vol 3 wasn't r18. I saw some ways to change it to r18. But I'm worried I'll get banned. Any info would be helpful.

That is not how VAC works. VAC bans accounts for the detection of identifiable cheats. If this "r18" patch is official content downloaded on Steam, it's fine. If you are "patching" it from another location or method, I would be concerned.

You can also see the "VAC" shield on the right of a game's store page, if that game has VAC.

You are free to patch the game with the 18+ version. But note that screenshots taken from sexual scenes might get banned from the hub of the game.

There is no VAC or any form of permanent ban for this.
