Did not change any files in the game, but will give me advantages, I use it to do their own like a csgo sight png, on the center of the screen, so I always have a sight with awp.I tested the offline game, working properly, and I can kill without targeting awp. i use for rust 2 days cuz its probably u get vac ban, dont use any software for be sure u dont get vac or something in the next days.
