Also, I doubt that the English-speaker will be able to determine whether my discussion is relevant.

"After installing the appropriate program and visiting a public server with Vac protection, after some time I got the first ban in my life for cheating. Immersed in the definition of the term itself,
cheat, I appreciated that most likely Bunny-Hop belongs to this category. However, in this case should the DeathRun server be defined as a server for cheaters? What about single cards with an implied automated Bunny-Hop? Should there be a ban for any user of such servers, given that Bunny-Hop is automatically downloaded to the client and distributed to games and other maps?"
How do you know that was the exact cause of the ban ?
Valve never releases that information to anyone, the exact cheat that was detected. And some "modifications" are designed to cause a VAC ban on purpose. Some even have malware bundled with them.
