What message did you see that made you think you were "VACed" ?
First off, there is no ban currently showing on your profile. You either encountered a VAC error/conflict message or you received a "permanently untrusted" ban in CSGO and a VAC ban will appear on your profile within 24 hours.
There are a number of software programs that may potentially cause a conflict with VAC. A VAC error/kick does not equal a ban. It just means that something is conflicting with VAC and you were kicked from the server because VAC could not verify your system.
A "permanently untrusted" ban occurs when you attempt to modify the game's memory aka "cvars" or otherwise use some really, really old and dank cheats. This is triggered by the developer's anti-cheat not VAC but as already mentioned will turn into a VAC ban within 24 hours.
As far as using Idle Master while playing a VAC secured game, here's what the developers have to say:
"Can using Idle Master result in a VAC ban?
I don't recommend running Idle Master while you're also playing another game that's connected to a VAC-enabled server. Doing so is the only possible way that Idle Master could potentially trigger a VAC ban, and it also reduces the drop rate of trading cards pretty significantly. To be 100% safe, please close Idle Master before connecting to a VAC-enabled server. The program itself will never communicate with any of these servers, thus it is safe to use Idle Master to idle cards from VAC protected games."

I guess I saw the word VAC then got worried.
Yeah, it said something like that when I got disconnected. Alright thanks, it seems like nothing which is good, thanks for the help.
Not saying you are doing that, but that it is a problem that causes misinformation to get spread around.
People call cooldowns "bans".
This VAC error...a "ban".
A trading and market restriction ? "I am trade banned."
If people would use the proper terminology to describe things, it would help to eliminate some of this problem.
Follow the support page and do what it says. If you need further help, then post some specs and information on your system and network and we can try to help you out. Thanks.
