I need some help with something but I cant find it is there a live chat support on steam?

No, there's no live chat option and no, Steam Support won't lift your VAC ban.

ive just got a vac ban on rust and I've never hacked on the game I have almost 700 hours...

Just? Your VAC ban is 113 days old.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.


If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed.

There is no new VAC ban showing and Support can not remove your VAC ban.

And which account would that be? Highly doubting that it's a VAC ban if it's on Rust.

Didn't say it wasn't. It's just that many Rust bans end up with a game ban, not a VAC ban.
