It would be a waste of time to develop software for a mobile OS that is rapidly declining. I know it is a well and capable OS but it would be too redundent to program it for a small device. Valve looks at the products that are rising in popularity and that's why they've only concentrated in 2. That is also why they put Steam on Mac. If you look at the stocks for apple, they have doubled in the last year and it was great investment for Valve. Macs are selling rapidly and that just increases Steam Sales.
