Cant buy anything from Mobile App
It asks me to login on checkout. I do not really get it why i should do it at first place since im already logged in, this is my only mobile app with authentificator. But even if I log in, it processes something and... asks me to login again. WTF?

Same bro, I'm SUPER pissed. I'm ready to trade this ♥♥♥♥♥ in for a legion or ally 😂

The same. No, no family mode. I hope this is bugged adroid app. I'll return home and try to buy a game using desktop app.

Yeah most problems are caused by family mode
I remember it took a week to fix a bug 🐛 when they messed up the family mode few months back 😪

I have bought with the mobile app before and was not asked to login when paying, so you might need to check your app settings.

I was able to as well. Now I have the same "pwease log in" stuff and I'm absolutely positive I did not mess with any of the app's settings. Or any settings, for that matter.

Something is definitely not right on Steam's side.

Or your app might just be bugging out on your phone.
Try uninstalling, then reinstall the app.
Something going wrong does not immediately mean Steam is at fault.

I'm curious to see how things are on your end specifically, since I'm not the only one with such a problem it seems.

Add anything to your cart through the app and see if it allows you to check out without forcing you to log in.

I been having same problem trying see my recent logins and other stuff think might be steam problem or bug in the app cause yesterday it was fine but I know they do maintenance on Tuesday and then this all happened.

Also having the same problem when trying to purchase something through the app. Have made numerous purchases on the app before, but this is recent. Within the month I'd say. Most likely a bug on steam's end. I've tried reinstalling the app, and even tried it from my other phone. Same issue. On Android, Google Pixel 7 pro. Also happens on Samsung Galaxy S9.
